You Don’t Want to Get Left Behind.
You Want to Be Ahead of It.
“I want us to be ahead of it, both internally and in what we can offer clients.”
Before we met, you wrote down four things. Websites in minutes. A better way to use AI as a team instead of one person at a time. The tedious, manual work that “probably doesn’t need to be.” And how AI is changing advertising agencies, what you should be offering, and what might look completely different a year from now.
We spent most of the hour on the first one. This plan is built around all four, and the last one gets its own section below, because you asked and we ran out of time.
Here is who was in the room, and what we heard from each of you.
Jessica
Twelve years in. Out of the day-to-day on purpose, and wanting to be further out without adding salaries. Asked the question this whole plan answers: “How do we figure out what to start with?”
Cortney
Prices every request, sources every vendor, sends and reviews every invoice. Most of the tedium in the building lands on her desk. She is the first person the systems give time back to.
Kristin
A visual thinker. The multi-site idea clicked the moment she could see the constellation on screen. So this plan comes with pictures, process maps, and diagrams, not just talk.
Allison
Already wiring ChatGPT into Asana and email. Asked the two best questions of the hour: how do you charge for something that took thirty minutes, and what stops a client doing it themselves? Both get answered inside the Sales track.
Laura
Honest about it: “I don’t like it. I don’t use it. It terrifies me.” That honesty is the most useful thing anyone said. If the plan does not work for Laura, it does not work. So it starts gently, privately, and at her pace.
Maddie
Three years at SHK and the reason the agency already owns page one of Google for its own name. The visibility work starts from the footprint she built.
Run It Inside.
Offer It Outside.
This is not a website project. It is a way of working that SHK runs on first, then sells.
Inside SHK
- Learn as a team, not one by one. Claude on every desk with a shared library of skills, so what Allison figures out on Tuesday, Laura has on Wednesday.
- Systems take the tedious work. Quotes, invoices, purchase orders, reporting, inbox triage. Built once, run every day, a human approves.
- A standing strategy room. We sit with your strategic focuses, your goals for the next two years, and your biggest blockers, and find exactly where AI fits each one.
- Jessica, further out of the day-to-day. A morning briefing that tells you what got done, what is stuck, and what needs you.
For SHK’s clients
- Deliver faster than any agency they have worked with. Mock-ups in an afternoon. Sites in days. Edits in minutes.
- Website systems instead of websites. Build, hosting, a live dashboard, and a site the client can update by talking to it.
- Visibility that AI can find. Audits, authority constellations, and content systems that make a client show up when their customers ask a machine.
- New services to sell next quarter. Your clients watch what AI did for SHK, and they want it.
Six months from now, SHK’s best case study is SHK.
Three Months.
You Choose the Build.
Education, ideation and strategy together as a group first. Then we build what you picked. Then we work with each of you individually until it runs without us.
Learn and decide
- Team primer on Claude, with our skills loaded on day one
- Two ideation and strategy sessions: goals, blockers, where AI fits
- Ride-alongs with each role to map the work as it is actually done
- The energy audit, per person
- The plan locked: what, in what order, who owns it
Build in your order
- The systems you chose below, built in the order you set
- Weekly working session with the people who will run each one
- SHK’s own site upgraded as the live demo of a website system
- Sales language and positioning finished for the team
Run and hand over
- One-on-one sessions, each person on their own systems
- Playbooks and recordings so it survives staff changes
- First client offered a website system, with us beside you
- The resell conversation, if you want it
Every month
includes
- Group sessions with the whole team
- Individual time with whoever needs it
- A shared skill library that grows as we go
- A direct line to Billy between sessions
- Every session recorded and searchable
- Process maps and diagrams for the visual thinkers
How AI Is Changing Agencies,
and What SHK Offers Next.
You asked for a perspective on how AI is changing advertising agencies, what services to think about offering, and what you do today that could look completely different a year from now. Here it is, in three parts.
The cost of making things is going to zero.
Design, copy, sites, video. The hours stop being the product. What is left to sell is taste, strategy, and the system that delivers it.
Clients ask a machine before they ask you.
Bots have been the majority of web traffic since April, and Google’s AI answers cut clicks to the sites below them by about a third. If AI cannot find and verify a brand, that brand is invisible. Visibility is the new media buy, and agencies now sell it under a name: answer-engine optimization.
Hours become systems.
The agency retainer shifts from “we do the work” to “we run the system that does the work, and we steer it.” Higher margin, less burnout.
Speed and outcomes win the room.
In an RFP with four equally talented agencies, the one that shows up with systems looks like the partner for the next five years.
None of this is a demo or a roadmap. It is what a six-person team can switch on this quarter, and what we would set up with you in month one.
One workspace, shared memory, shared skills.
A Team plan for all six of you. Skills we write once (quoting, proposals, site edits) run the same on every desk, and your data stays out of model training by contract.
Claude already talks to Asana and QuickBooks.
Native connectors for Asana, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Canva, DocuSign, and HubSpot shipped this year. The invoice and board automations start from these, not from scratch.
Tools with no AI get a harness anyway.
Claude can drive a browser. ESP, your vendor portals, and your invoicing site can be worked by an agent with a human approving each step.
Sites, dashboards, and internal apps in hours.
The thirty-minute site you saw is built with the same tools we hand you. Free hosting, a passcode dashboard, and edits by conversation.
Work that runs while you sleep.
Scheduled agents that chase open invoices, draft replies, pull reports, and brief you in the morning. Human in the loop where money or a client is involved.
Photography, video, and voice on demand.
Photoreal product and scene imagery, short video, and cloned brand voices, good enough for ads and social when a human with taste directs them.
Website Systems
Build, free hosting, a live dashboard, AI-powered edits, and the client’s own training. Sold as a system with a monthly line, not a one-time site.
AI Visibility Audits
What Google, ChatGPT, and Claude say about a client today, and the fix list. The agencies winning this year start every engagement here and sell the follow-on as answer-engine optimization. A natural front door for every other service.
Authority Constellations
A set of niche sites, one per audience or service, all pointing home, so the client becomes the verified answer in their category.
Content Systems
Monthly social and ad creative produced by a system you built, in the client’s voice, approved by a human before it ships.
Operations Agents for clients
The morning-briefing assistant your clients’ owners will want the moment they see yours. SHK sets it up and manages it.
| Area | Today | Next October |
|---|---|---|
| A client website | Mock-up in Photoshop, build in WordPress, days of work, handed off with no hosting | Mock-up in an afternoon, built in hours, hosted by SHK with a dashboard, edited by talking to it |
| A quote | Hours in ESP and a spreadsheet, then re-checked by hand | Ask the pricing bot. It knows the price list, the markups, the breaks, and writes the email |
| An invoice | Cortney builds it, Amelia checks it, someone notes it in Asana | QuickBooks builds it from the approved quote, a human approves, Asana updates itself |
| Reporting | Screenshots, curated by hand, once a month | Pulled, written, and sent by a system, reviewed by a human |
| The team and AI | Two of six, each on their own | Six of six, one shared skill library, one way of working |
| New business | Inbound on LinkedIn, tracked in Asana | A CRM with outreach and follow-up systems, and visibility into what is working |
| Jessica’s morning | In the day-to-day | A briefing: what got done, what is stuck, what needs her |
Tell Us What to Build First.
Then Second.
Four areas. Tap one to give it a place in line, then check the pieces you want inside it. Your plan writes itself on the side, and you can send it to us right here. Nothing is locked. This is how the first strategy session starts.
One more question. Do you want to resell AI-built website systems under the SHK name?
If yes, we build the offer with you, you sell it, and we stand behind the build. The numbers for that live in a conversation, not on this page.
Three Ways to Work With Us.
One Price, Split Over the Months.
Same plan, same team, same three months. The difference is who holds the keyboard.
We teach.
You build.
For a team that wants the knowledge and will put in the hours between sessions.
- Six group sessions over three months
- Our skill library installed and taught
- Ideation and strategy sessions, twice
- Playbooks, SOPs, and every recording
- A bank of eight one-on-one hours, split across the team as needed
- Text and email line to Billy throughout
We build it
together.
For a team that wants the systems running and wants to understand them well enough to own them.
- Everything in Train
- Weekly working sessions where we build your picks side by side
- SHK’s own site upgraded as the live demo
- The first two systems from your plan built with the people who will run them
- A bank of twenty one-on-one hours, split across the team however you need. We size it together
- Slack or text access to Billy between sessions
We build.
You run.
For a team that wants it working and handed over, with training on how to run it, not how to build it.
- Everything in Coach
- Every system in your plan built, connected, and delivered by our team
- SHK’s site upgraded and a first client website system shipped
- Sales language, decks, and one-sheets written for you
- A bank of thirty one-on-one hours for training the people who run it
- Thirty days of support after handover, and a fourth month built in
How payment works. One project price, invoiced monthly through QuickBooks, the first payment to start. Pay the whole thing at the start and take fifteen percent off. Every level includes the group education, the ideation and strategy sessions, the shared skill library, and recordings of everything. Claude seats for the team are billed by Anthropic, not by us; they run about $20 to $25 a seat each month on the Team plan.
Pick, Send, and
We Start Next Week.
Send your plan
Use the builder above, or just text Billy your top two areas. Either works.
Pick your level
Train, Coach, or Assist. Jessica said Coach last fall; the recommendation stands.
Book the first session
The whole team, ninety minutes, on Zoom or in person. We leave it with the plan locked.
To lock the plan, we’ll ask for
- Access to Asana and QuickBooks, or a screen-share, and which two team members already connected them to AI
- The price list Jessica built last fall
- The websites launched in the last twelve months and where each one is hosted
- SHK’s own site: platform, host, and who holds the logins
- Three clients you would pilot a website system with
